Mid Century Egyptian Revival Scarab Bracelet in 12K Gold Filled
A classic mid century Egyptian Revival scarab bracelet with carved semi precious hardstone scarabs set in warm 12K gold filled bezels. This piece was made by Russel and still retains its original safety chain, a detail often lost over time. The bracelet features a beautiful mix of stones including onyx, carnelian, tiger’s eye, blue lace agate, unakite, and what is likely rhodonite or rhodochrosite.
These scarab bracelets became incredibly popular in the 1950s and 1960s as American jewelry makers embraced Egyptian Revival design through a distinctly mid century lens. The carved scarabs reference ancient Egyptian amulets traditionally associated with protection, renewal, and luck. This bracelet makes for a very wearable and fun collectors piece!

We take great care to photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible, and will always note anything significant. These small imperfections are part of what makes each piece unique and are a reflection of its history and the life it has already lived.
