Mid-Century Horse Chestnut Charm Bracelet with Purple Glass Spheres

$295.00

This amazingly strange vintage charm bracelet dates to the late 1960s–1970s, a period when jewelry design leaned into natural forms, folk motifs, and playful experimentation. The bracelet features a series of charms modeled after horse chestnuts, each one cast in a warm gold-toned metal alloy and textured to mimic the spiky husk of the chestnut shell.

Nestled inside each metal husk is a purple glass sphere, smooth and luminous, peeking out as though the chestnut is mid-burst. The contrast between the prickly metal husks and the smooth, glowing glass spheres is so unexpected it stops you in your tracks and makes you think, wait… what am I looking at? Finished off with a chunky chain, this piece has generous weight and swing.

*Please note: This bracelet measures just under 7 inches, making it best suited for a smaller wrist. Please check measurements for fit.
